HistoryGenPro Power Systems, Inc. was founded in 1993 as an independent standby generator service company providing maintenance and repair services in the four-state region. In less than one year, GenPro added generator sales and service as a certified dealer.
Expanding the company over the years has included adding in-house expertise to supply, install, integrate and maintain all areas of custom power solutions - including generators, transfer switches, UPS distribution and other subsystems. Generator configurations include air and liquid cooled, diesel, gasoline and natural gas fueled. PowerDak generators range from 5KW to 2000 KW.
In January of 2009, GenPro Power Systems, Inc. separated our retail sales and service division by creating GenPro Power Services, LLC, as a wholly owned subsidiary of GenPro Power Systems, Inc. The LLC is responsible for sales and service in our domestic market. Independent sales and service representatives further expand our capabilities in that market.
Expansion into custom portable and standby/prime generator systems, under the PowerDak label started with designing and distributing remote water well site generator systems. Now our PowerDak custom-built generator portfolio has grown to over a dozen different products, currently being purchased by telecommunication companies, commercial companies and government agencies, including the U.S. military.
GenPro Power Services, LLC currently has distributorship agreements with six major generator manufacturers in the U.S. and maintains distributorships, dealerships, and OEM agreements with other manufacturers of related products to support our generator product lines.
